Contest Reminders:

1. Please complete all check-in process before the start time for each grade and category. Once the contestants are taken out of GLC, your child will be disqualified because it's too late for your child to join in. CLC has a really tight schedule to follow, and the teachers need to finish judging on time.

2. Please pick up your child on time and use the outside door to pick up your child. CLC does not provide child care after the contest is over.

3. Appropriate dress code will be taken into consideration in judging the speech and read aloud delivery. Points will be taken off for inappropriate attire. No shorts, no tennis shoes, inappropriate pictures or words on t-shirts/shirts are allowed.

4. Contestants in Penmanship and Zhuyin/Pinyin spelling are responsible to bring their own pencil and eraser.

5. Due to increase of CLC registration this year, CLC committee would like to ask parents' support by donating at least $5 per child (not per category). Thanks for those parents who already made their donation in art contest. There will be a cash donation box at the check-in station, and please make you donation in cash or check (payable to CLIPCO).
