The hot line for reporting emergency situations at district locations when school is NOT in session is:

During normal district office operating hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays), this number reaches the district office directly.  During nonoperating hours, this number will reach a "responsive answering service".  In all cases, please give your name, phone number, and a brief description of the problem.

If your child is absent, call the school and leave a message.  Our policy is to call you on the day of the absence.  We expect a written excuse on the day that the child returns to school.  We appreciate it when you call us.  This assures the safety of your child and alerts her/his teacher early enough to make arrangements for homework, if requested.
